The packaging looked cheap, and the box was crushed when it arrived. It just didn’t give the best first impression...

When I got the item, a few little details just seemed off to me. I kept comparing the stitching, logo placement, and overall finish to ones I’ve seen before, and the pattern didn’t really match what I’d expect from an authentic piece. I can’t say for sure, but it didn’t feel genuine to me.

I had been eyeing these items on the site for a while and finally decided to treat myself, thinking they’d feel a little more special for the price. When the package arrived, shipping was totally fine and everything showed up without any issues. But once I opened it, I felt a bit let down. The items looked much nicer in the photos online, and in person they just felt average. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really made me feel like it was worth what I paid either. I kept looking them over hoping I’d feel differently, but I just didn’t see the value. I probably wouldn’t order again

I actually liked the products, but the customer service side was disappointing. It took a few days to get a reply, and when someone finally got back to me, it felt rushed and kind of like there wasn’t a real person actually trying to help. My issue didn’t really get fixed, so overall it wasn’t a great experience tbh

I ordered this a while back and the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely moved, so I kept having to check it myself like... is it even coming. For what I paid, I really thought it would show up faster. Probably won’t order again if delivery is always like this
